Personal Stock Broker

I want to build an app which analyses any stock or MF or ETF basically anything to so with finance and markets for me and helps to choose the right stocks, MF etc, advises me when to enter, when to exist, what should be my split. It will not take actions for me for advise / give recommendations. It will fetch data from screen.in and other such websites and read shareholder meeting reports or AGM meeting reports to understand how a stock might perform given the lastest news and also read into sentiments
